There are currently speed-related issues with the Boopsie app. As we work to resolve these issues, you may experience long loading times or 'network timeout' error messages within the Account access of your app. If issues were previously experienced where the My Account access displayed information incorrectly this was due to an issue in server synchronization which has now been remedied.

We handle all support questions on a “first come, first served” basis, unless the problem is urgent, (for instance, if your site is completely down.) Our caseloads have been fairly heavy lately; however we typically respond within one to three business days.
